The Art of Making Wrappers Kit & Online Class with Chef Ken

Three dozen limited-edition dumplings and two hours with Chef Ken? What a dream!

Celebrate the start of the Year of the Tiger with a class on making dumplings, focusing especially on the art of crafting perfect wrappers. While fillings often are the center of attention, dumpling lovers know that the wrapper is what makes or breaks (sometimes literally!) a great dump!
You'll receive a kit with everything you'll need to make 30 to 35 delicious dumplings, with a Lunar New Year inspired filling of pork, watercress, salted duck egg yolk, and shiitake. 

Chef Ken will guide you step-by-step on how to roll out wrappers in a live two-hour online class, where you can watch him work alongside you and ask any questions. Enjoy the class and dumplings with a friend, or treat yourself to some culinary self-care. 

Classes will happen on February 6 and 20, at 5:30 pm ET, with only 15 spots per session. The kit will be delivered that day to ensure freshness or pickup will be available Thursday-Saturday the week of the class. Book your spot now!
