On Black Friday we only cook with black ingredients

Chef Ken loves a challenge! So, as a fun nod to Black Friday, he was inspired to create delicious dishes based on his favourite black-coloured ingredients. Here's what he came up with:

  • dumplings stuffed with black cloud ear mushrooms and chicken,
  • wontons made with black bean, black cloud ear mushroom, and shiitake mushroom, and
  • taiyaki with black sesame, red bean, and pear—gorgeously darkened with activated charcoal

Not too shabby, right? They're in a special limited-time bundle. Go all out on the theme with seaweed broth, and perhaps a tasty blackened fish. We'd consider even a grass jelly bubble tea, but now we're just getting carried away!
