Celebrate the start of the Year of the Tiger with a class on making dumplings, focusing especially on the art of crafting perfect wrappers. The Lunar New Year inspired filling will have pork, watercress, salted duck egg yolk, and shiitake. You'll receive a kit with everything you'll need to make 30 to 35 dumplings.
Chef Ken will guide you in a live, super small, two-hour online class, where you can watch him work alongside you and ask any questions.
Kit includes beautiful porcelain chopsticks, ramekins to add to your home collection, and delivery or pick-up!
